Compassionate Therapy in NYC
Welcome! I am a psychotherapist that provides individual psychodynamic therapy for adults in person in Chelsea and virtually through telehealth. My approach is empathic and skillful, aimed at enhancing your emotional well-being.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties and low self esteem. I specialize in working with artists/creatives and survivors of sexual trauma. I aim to create a safe environment for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

About Elizabeth
I am a licensed psychotherapist living and working in NYC. I have experience working in mental health clinics as well as private practice settings treating adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, low self esteem, relationship issues, perfectionism, disordered eating, body image concerns, ADHD, career concerns, and more. I graduated from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University.
I care deeply about respecting all aspects of each clients identity, including their life experiences, race, ethnicity, culture, gender identity, sexual identity, and more.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the arts in NYC. I personally understand the pressures and stresses that come with pursuing your art and maintaining your mental health. I have had a meaningful journey in therapy myself, and became a therapist in hopes of making others feel seen and understood in the way that I have been.
